I have no idea whether it is possible within the confines of these few short pages to tell you how much I love you my darling, but I am going to have to try as soom I have to leave you.
Do you remember when we first met? I could tell you it was those doggy brown eyes of yours that first captivated me, or your long thick chestnut hair. Actually it was your bum, as pert now as before our children arrived.
We were in the uni bar. I was with Stoney Page. Good old Stoney. He has done his best to be supportive throughout this past year.
You were with Alice and Maddie, I think. I was pissed, as if you didnt know. I wasn't so pissed as to forget to ask for your number though, which, considering the state I was in you would have been quite at liberty to refuse.
Those years were so carefree, protected as we were by the campus walls. How we managed to wangle the room swaps so we shared, I'll never know. I reckon old Stoney was working away behind the scenes.
I am sorry you havent yet had the opportunity to put your degree to good use. Neither of us expected you to get pregnant during that first and only time we slipped up. Yeah, I know we could have sent Petie to a childminder so you could work, but you are right in your belief women can't have it all (or their kids for that matter). As you say, those children end up bonding with the childminder instead of the mother.
Now we have two. Petie and Ellie. Did I ever thankyou, my sweet, for those captivating kids?.
